About the Service
The service was good, but not as meticulous as I would expect from this world class restaurant. However, we were there for lunch. The atmosphere is tailored toward business lunch. Dinner service would definitely be more formal and professional.

- Go there for lunch! It is the greatest bargain in the world of fine dining!
- If you cannot get a reservation at Jean George, you can dine at Nougatine, which has a simpler menu but can give you a flavour of Vongerichten’s cuisine.
- Don’t miss their signature dish -- eggs on egg! However, a supplement of $15 is required for this dish.
