Traditions & Qualité

Started in 1954 by a group of restaurants, it is the first association uniting the top restaurants in Paris to promote a new art of living. In 1957, it expanded to cover the rest of France. Now covering more than 20 countries over 4 continents, Traditions & Qualité is one of the most prestigious culinary associations. The name “Grand Table of the World” was later added to this association.

To earn this prestige reputation, a set of extremely rigorous criteria is followed in selecting new members. In 2013, there are only five restaurants in United Kingdom and five in New York City that have been selected as a member of this prestigious association:
