Image 5: Oh my god, 1.5 hours passed since we had ordered, this was only the second course! The dining room was only about one third full at that time.

Image 7: Alright, it was ridiculous! 2.5 hrs into our meal, I had to complain. The server explained that each dish had to be cooked with precision. That's why it took so long?!! Well, I expect professional kitchen to be efficient and precise!

Steamed French pigeon with date sauce and root vegetable
First time we had steamed pigeon. It was moist and remarkably soft, definitely the best course of the evening.

Very tired after this long meal... It took 5 hours, same as our El Bulli dinner which had 30+ dishes. Unbelievable!
